SALES RETURN POLICY

Returning an unwanted item

As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the conditions below.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 30 days of delivery/ collection, we’ll give you a full refund, provided that the item is in its original condition. Your refund will be issued using your original payment method.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition you received them. 

Items cannot be returned for exchange.  

Responsibility and postage
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. The cost of return postage is also your responsibility and we recommend using an insured delivery service such as Royal Mail 1 class recorded service. 

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. 

Faulty items

If the product you receive is faulty, please contact us immediately on shop@thyateira.org.uk explaining the reason for the return and request for a refund.

Refunds for faulty items will be processed on receipt and examination of goods.
